Rutabaga Pie Antiques was established in 1986 and has been primarily a show dealer. Up until this year, we typically have exhibited at 10 to 12 shows annually, predominately in the eastern United States, however due to many changes in the business we have stopped exhibiting at shows. We will continue to do internet sales and may resume exhibiting at shows again in the future. Inquiries are always welcome throughout the year.

       We specialize in 18th and early 19th century high country American furniture, folk art, American and English paintings, particularly those with animals as the subject matter and decorative accessories. The furniture in our inventory is selected by design and the artistic merit of the piece. We also try to find the unusual pieces which can add a focal point to a collection.
